By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Service
Invitly provides a service for generating and sharing calendar event links. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. User Conduct and Platform Security
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, to distribute spam, or host malicious content. Furthermore, you explicitly agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or web scrapers to extract data from Invitly. Using platform data, including public event pages, to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning models is strictly prohibited without our prior written authorization.
4. Limitation of Liability
Invitly is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Invitly offers Free, Entry, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain all rights to the event details and content you create on Invitly. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to all content you publish and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of El Salvador, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in El Salvador, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
