Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Invitly uses, why we use them, and the choices available to you. Invitly sets essential cookies to operate, and uses opt-in analytics cookies only with your consent.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site operators. Similar technologies include local storage and short-lived security tokens.
2. Cookies We Use
Invitly sets strictly necessary (essential) cookies: a secure, signed session cookie that keeps you logged in to your dashboard; a short-lived anti-CSRF token that protects forms and account actions against cross-site request forgery; and a client-side record of your cookie choice (stored in your browser's local storage) so we do not repeatedly show you the cookie banner. We also load Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in and contact forms to protect against bots, which may set short-lived security tokens. With your consent, we additionally set Google Analytics cookies — see the next section.
3. Analytics Cookies (With Your Consent)
With your opt-in consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Consent Mode v2) to understand aggregate site usage. This cookie is only set if you accept it in the cookie banner, and it is never set by default. We do not use advertising, profiling, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed any social-media trackers. Our own first-party product analytics record only aggregate event interactions (such as page views and calendar downloads) about the events you create and never track you across other websites.
4. Your Choices
The essential session cookie is required for the service to function and is not subject to the consent banner. Analytics cookies are opt-in: you can accept or reject them from the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site (which will show the banner again) or by contacting [email protected]. You can also clear or block cookies directly in your browser settings, but the service cannot function without the essential session cookie.
